College Library

The Rosamond Asante-Frempong (ROSAF) Library supports teaching, learning and research at St. Louis College of Education, Kumasi.

The library has been part of the College since its early years. It began as a small reading room in Fatima Hall, later moved to the Assessment Hall in the Long Block, and eventually relocated to its present premises on campus. It was named after Rosamond Asante-Frempong, the College’s first Ghanaian Principal.

This webpage introduces the library’s resources, facilities and services. Our collection includes reference materials, subject textbooks, manuals and electronic resources. The library also provides spaces for reading and study.

We invite you to explore our resources and make use of our services.

The mission of the college library is to provide support for teaching, learning and research through the provision of up-to-date information materials, resources and expertise.

Our vision is to become a center of innovative services to meet the information needs of the college community.
